Use only for domestic cleaning. Safety reminders DO NOT pick up hard or sharp objects, matches, hot ashes, cigarette ends or other similar items. DO NOT pick up solvent based products or inflammable liquids such as cleaning fluids, petrol, etc. or other vapors. DO NOT use the appliance if it appears to be faulty, or either the cord to the wall bracket or charger is damaged. DO NOT replace the battery pack with non rechargeable batteries. DO frequently clean the dust cup and filter assembly when picking up fine powder. DO return the appliance to the wall bracket after use to recharge the batteries. Occasionally fully discharge the batteries to obtain maximum battery life. DO NOT immerse the complete cleaner in liquids. DO NOT pick up liquids (Dry version only). Electrical requirements This Hoover appliance is supplied with a double insulated battery charger which is only suitable for insertion in a 230v (UK 240v) socket outlet. Ensure that the charger rating label matches your voltage supply. For tidy storage wrap excess cord on the back of the charging base and exit either side or bottom. TO WALL MOUNT (Tools required: Screwdriver and drill) 1. Place the charging base against the mounting surface. Mark the centers of the holes. 2. Move base then drill 4.8mm holes. 3. Fit wall plugs. 4. Reposition base and insert screws, tighten screws and ensure base is fixed firmly to the wall. Charging Place the cleaner into the base, ensuring the shroud covers the back of the product. Note: Use only the charger supplied with your cleaner to recharge the unit. IMPORTANT: Before first use, charge your cleaner for at least 24 hours. When charging the cleaner, the power switch must be off. It is normal for the charger to become warm to the touch when charging. If the operating time reduces after repeated use, let the cleaner run until it stops, then recharge for 24 hours and repeat this monthly for best results. Never charge the batteries in temperatures above 37°C or below 0°C How to use Remove cleaner from storage base, press the on/off switch once to turn on and again to turn off. Empty and clean the unit and filter after each use or when the debris or liquid reaches the maximum fill line. LED indicators [Picture 4] The charging LED indicator will illuminate red to advise that the product is charging [a]. When the cleaner is fully charged, the four LED indicators for charge residual level will light green [b]. When the charge level is nil, no lights will illuminate. The residual level will be indicated at all times by the number of green lights. Accessories [Linked to pictures 5 & 6] · Crevice tool [picture 5] The Crevice tool is stored in the charger base. · Squeegee tool (Wet & Dry version only) [picture 5] The Squeegee tool is stored in the charger base. Fit the squeegee tool into the container to assist in collecting liquids. · Retractable Bristles [picture 6] Ideal for cleaning delicate surfaces such as computer or piano keyboards. To use: Slide forwards or backwards to retract. Wet Pick-Up (Wet & Dry version ONLY) Fit the Squeegee tool in to assist in collecting liquids. When collecting liquids do not fill beyond the maximum fill line. IMPORTANT: Always keep the cleaner vertical (with the nozzle-end down) during and after collection of liquids, to prevent spillage or liquid entering the motor. Always empty the liquid out of the container immediately after use. Do not pick up solvent based solutions, inflammable or combustible liquids. After picking up liquids the container, deflector and filter MUST be thoroughly dried and the squeegee removed before picking up dry dirt. Dust container & filter removal or replacement [linked to pictures 7, 8, 9, & 10] IMPORTANT: for best results clean the filter after each use. While holding the cleaner in vertical position, press both dust cup release buttons either side of the handle. The dust cup will be released from the main body of the product [picture 7]. Hold the dust cup over a waste bin and use the filter handle to remove the filter/deflector from the dust cup [picture 8]. Empty the dust container and brush the dust and dirt off the filters [picture 9]. The container, deflector (Wet & Dry only) and filters may be washed in warm soapy water. Make sure all are completely dry before replacing in your cleaner. Replace the filter into the dust container [picture 10] and reassemble the dust container to the cleaner. By ensuring this product is disposed of correctly, you will help prevent potential negative consequences for the environment and human health, which could otherwise be caused by inappropriate waste handling of this product. Per custodire in modo ordinato l'apparecchio, avvolgere la parte in eccesso del cavo di alimentazione sul retro del supporto per la ricarica e farla uscire su uno dei lati o nella parte inferiore. MONTAGGIO A PARETE [Utensili necessari: cacciavite e trapano] 1. Posizionare il supporto per la ricarica contro la superficie di montaggio. Contrassegnare i centri dei fori. 2. Spostare il supporto, quindi praticare dei fori di 4.8mm. 3. Montare le prese a muro. 4. Riposizionare il supporto e inserire le viti, serrarle e accertarsi che il supporto sia saldamente fissato alla parete. CARICA Posizionare l'aspirabriciole sulla base, assicurandosi che la parte posteriore del prodotto aderisca perfettamente al supporto. NOTA: per la ricarica, utilizzare unicamente il caricabatterie in dotazione all'apparecchio. IMPORTANTE: PRIMA DI UTILIZZARE L'APPARECCHIO LA PRIMA VOLTA, METTERLO SOTTO CARICA PER ALMENO 24 ORE. Durante la carica, l'interruttore di acceso/spento (on/off) dell'apparecchio deve trovarsi in posizione off. Il caricabatterie deve sempre essere inserito in una presa. E' normale che il caricabatterie risulti caldo al tatto durante la carica. Se, dopo l'uso ripetuto, il tempo di utilizzo si riduce, far funzionare l'apparecchio finché non si arresta, quindi metterlo sotto carica per 24 ore e ripetere l'operazione ogni mese per ottenere le migliori prestazioni. Non caricare mai le batterie a temperature superiori a 37°C o inferiori a 0°C. MODALITA' D'IMPIEGO Estrarre l'apparecchio dalla base, portare l'interruttore in posizione on per accendere e off per spegnere. Svuotare e pulire l'apparecchio e il filtro dopo ogni uso o quando lo sporco o il liquido raggiungono il livello massimo. SPIA DI CARICA [Fig. 4] La spia di carica si illuminerà di rosso per segnalare che il prodotto è in carica [a]. Quando il pulitore è completamente carico le quattro spie, indicanti il livello di batteria residua, saranno illuminate di verde [b]. Quando il livello di carica è zero, nessuna luce sarà illuminata. ACCESSORI [Fig. 5 e 6] · Bocchetta per fessure [Fig. 5] La bocchetta per fessure è riposta nella base di carica. · Bocchetta Apira liquidi (solo per la versione Aspira solidi e liquidi) [Fig. 5] La bocchetta Aspira liquidi è riposta nella base di carica. Inserire l'apposita bocchetta nel vano di aspirazione per agevolare la raccolta dei liquidi. · Setole Retrattili [Fig. 6] Ideali per la pulizia delle superfici delicate. Utilizzo: far scorrere l'interruttore in avanti per l'utilizzo o all'indietro per retrarre le setole. ASPIRAZIONE LIQUIDI (Solo per la versione Aspira solidi e liquidi). Montare la bocchetta aspiraliquidi sulla bocchetta del recipiente per agevolare la raccolta dei liquidi. Nella raccolta liquidi, non riempire oltre il livello massimo. IMPORTANTE: Mantenere sempre l'apparecchio in posizione verticale (con l'estremità della bocchetta verso il basso) durante e dopo la raccolta dei liquidi, per evitare che i liquidi fuoriescano o si introducano nel motore. Togliere sempre il liquido dal recipiente subito dopo l'uso. Non aspirare soluzioni a base di solventi, liquidi infiammabili o combustibili. Dopo l'aspirazione dei liquidi, il recipiente, il deflettore e il filtro DEVONO essere asciugati completamente, ed è necessario rimuovere la bocchetta aspiraliquidi prima di aspirare polvere asciutta. RECIPIENTE RACCOGLISPORCO E FILTRO: RIMOZIONE e RIMONTAGGIO [Fig. 7, 8, 9, e 10] IMPORTANTE: Per prestazioni eccellenti, pulire il deflettore e il filtro dopo ogni uso. Mantenendo l'apparecchio in posizione verticale, premere il pulsante di sgancio posto sul lato dell'impugnatura.
