INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE · For the 4-position charger: MODE D'EMPLOI · Chargeur pour 4 batteries : BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG · Für das Aufladegerät zu 4 Positionen: ISTRUZIONI PER L'USO · Per caricare a 4 posizioni: INSTRUCCIONES DE USO · Para el cargador de 4 posiciones: - Connect the A/C adapter jack to the socket located on the rear of the charger. - Connect the adapter cord to a wall socket · For the 2-position charger: - Brancher l'adaptateur au dos de chargeur. - Brancher le cordon de l'adaptateur à une prise murale · Chargeur pour 2 batteries : - Connect the charger directly to a wall socket, using the power supply cable · The "UNIROSS" logo should be illuminated in red. · Place the rechargeable AA or AAA Ni-MH batteries in the compartment on the charger. · Only insert the same type of battery for charging together. · Check that the positive pole (+) on the battery is in contact with the charger's sliding metal strip. Press the negative pole on the battery until it touches the base of the compartment. · The charger then automatically adjusts the required charge current depending on the battery format detected. The indicator light for the battery compartment flashes rapidly, indicating that the charge process is underway. The cooling fan is started automatically. · If the indicator light does not come on, the battery is not suitable for charging. · When the battery is recharged, a maintenance charge is automatically triggered to keep the power level in the battery at its maximum, and the status indicator flashes slowly. La spia luminosa corrispondente al compartimento della batteria lampeggia rapidamente indicando la carica in corso. Il ventilatore di raffreddamento si è messo in moto automaticamente. · Se la spia luminosa rimane spenta, la batteria non è adatta per essere ricaricata. · Dopo che la batteria è ricaricata, scatta automaticamente una carica di conservazione per mantenere al massimo il livello d'energia; l'indicatore di situazione è rappresentato da un lampeggiamento lento. Use exclusively within the home, to avoid any danger of electrocution or fire. · Do not block the fan air intake, to avoid overheating. · Do not expose to heat. · The charger should not be used by children without supervision, or by disabled persons where the disability could prevent compliance with safety recommendations. · Children should be supervised at all times to ensure that they do not play with the charger. · Do not dismantle the charger. This could result in an electric shock. · Disconnect the charger when not in use. · Batteries contain chemicals hazardous for the environment.
