Description Selector for the number of batteries to be charged: 2 or 4. Red light indicating the charging status of the batteries. Green indicator light indicating that the charger is in service. Die Akkus 5 Minuten auskühlen lassen und aus dem Aufladegerät nehmen. · Das Aufladegerät darf von Kindern und Behinderten nur unter Beaufsichtigung verwendet werden. Kleinkinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen lassen. · Die Batterien nach dem Laden aus dem Gerät nehmen und das Ladegerät von der Netzsteckdose abziehen. · Vor den Ladegeräte ins Rebu werfen die Batterien von dem Apparat herausziehen. · Akkus enthalten umweltschädliche Chemikalien. Spia luminosa verde che indica l'avviamento del caricatore. Alloggiamenti per accumulatori unicamente in caso di carica d'accumulatori 2 AA o AAA. 3 . Charging system · The charger has an end of charge detector (-V) which will automatically detect the instant the batteries are full and then stop the charging. · A back up timer which will end the charging after 2h30 (Safety device) · After been connected to the mains, The charger automatically detect the batteries and switch configuration. If an incorrect setup is detected, the charging process is stopped and the red indicator light switches off . It is therefore important: - To disconnect and reconnect the charger each time new batteries are to be charged. - To ensure that the batteries are inserted into the charger and to correctly select the switch position before connected the charger to the power outlet. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS · Insert 2 or 4 batteries AA/AAA rechargeable Ni-Cd/Ni-MH batteries into charger compartments. Take care to observe the polarity marking (+/-) as indicated in the battery compartment. When Charging 2 AA or 2 AAA batteries, insert the batteries into the two middle battery compartments indicated by the marking "2". · Set the switch (No.1) to the position "2" or "4" according to the number of batteries to be charged. · Connect the battery charger to a power outlet using the provided power supply, or into the cigar lighter using the cigar lighter lead provided. · After a few seconds the red light flashes indicating the charging of the batteries is in process. · When the charge indicator lights up continuously in red, batteries are fully charged. Disconnect the battery charger from the power outlet. Leave the batteries to cool down for 5 minutes then remove them from the charger. Batteries are now ready to use. · If the red indicator goes out, a problem occured. First unplug the charger from the power outlet: - If charging 2 AA or 2 AAA batteries, ensure they are correctly inserted in the two middle battery compartments. - Ensure the switch (No.1) is set according to the number of batteries to be charged. - Batteries should be inserted in the battery compartment and the switch set accordingly before the charger is connected to the power outlet. BATTERY CHARGE TIME 3 . Le système de charge · Le chargeur est équipé d'un détecteur de fin de charge (-V) qui va détecter automatiquement l'instant où les accus seront entièrement chargés et qui va arrêter la charge. · Le chargeur possède une minuterie qui arrêtera le processus de charge au bout de 2h30, (fonction de sécurité). · Une fois branché, le chargeur détecte automatiquement les accus et allume le témoin correspondant. Si un branchement défectueux est détecté, le processus de charge s'arrête et le témoin lumineux rouge s'allume. De ce fait il est important de : débrancher le chargeur et de le rebrancher chaque fois que de nouveaux accus doivent être chargés ; s'assurer que les accus sont placés dans le chargeur et choisir la position de marche avant de brancher le chargeur dans la prise du secteur. MODE D'EMPLOI · Placer 2 ou 4 accus AA /AAA ou des accus Ni-Cd/Ni-MH rechargeables dans les compartiments de charge. Veiller à respecter les polarités (+/-) selon les inscriptions gravées dans les compartiments des accus. Pour charger les accus 2AA ou 2AAA, les insérer dans les deux compartiments du milieu indiqués par la position "2".  ...
